Dylann Roof’s appeal was rejected by the Supreme Court. The appeal revolved around the handling by attorneys of issues surrounding whether or not to admit as evidence possible mental health issues, something which Dylann Roof famously did not want due to this being a system attempt to paint him as mentally ill.
Roof, now 28, will remain at the Death Row facility in Terre Haute, Indiana.
